Senior Project Manager
Luis Rojas is a Senior Project Manager with a distinguished background in architecture and interior design. Licensed in both Colombia and Panama since 1989, Luis brings decades of experience across all facets of design and construction. His impressive portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Terminal E and the Earl Cabell Federal Building in Dallas, Texas.
At our firm, Luis plays an integral role in every phase of a project, beginning with the initial client meeting and extending through zoning and code analysis, schematic design, and the development of construction documents. He leads the coordination of approvals and works closely with external consultants—ranging from structural and mechanical engineers to specialists in sewer systems and fire sprinklers. His meticulous oversight and collaborative approach ensure projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.
Currently, Luis is energized by the city’s ongoing transformation to expand housing stock. He is redesigning several multifamily buildings, taking advantage of recent zoning changes that allow for substantial expansions—a reflection of how his work aligns with broader urban development goals.
Over the past 15 years, Luis has designed and secured approval for a significant number of buildings, many of which have been successfully built. This enduring impact is a source of great pride and a testament to his expertise and dedication.
Driven by a passion for both design and problem-solving, Luis thrives on tackling technical challenges that enhance the built environment. Outside the office, he finds joy in photography, watercolor painting, opera, music, playing the guitar, and cooking—pursuits that reflect the same creativity and precision he brings to his professional work.
